Tour Sphere Travel and Events provides curated travel itineraries, group travel coordination, and self-guided food experiences (“Taste Passes”). We act as a facilitator between you and third-party service providers (restaurants, hotels, and transportation companies).
2. Taste Pass Usage & Redemption
- Validity: Each Taste Pass is valid only for the specific restaurants and timeframe listed on the digital pass at the time of purchase.
- Redemption: To receive your sample item, you must present your digital pass to the participating restaurant staff during their normal operating hours.
- Availability: While we curate our lists carefully, sample items and restaurant participation are subject to change based on seasonal availability or unforeseen closures.
- Additional Purchases: The Taste Pass covers only the specific sample item described. Any additional food, beverages, gratuity, or taxes are your sole responsibility.
3. Booking & Payments
- Reservations: Clicking “Reserve Your Spot” or submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee a reservation until payment is confirmed or a formal agreement is signed.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the design layouts, text, and the “Tour Sphere” branding, is the property of Tour Sphere Travel and Events. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our itineraries or digital passes without express written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Charlotte, North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
